Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Serra Luxe ships across Europe and selected international locations. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination.

How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery within Europe usually takes 5–7 business days. International shipping may take 7–14 business days, depending on the location.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Custom-made products are non-refundable.
